I watched the morning news and my home town’s rice got a very good appraisal from JA (Japan Agricultural Co-operatives).
The name of the rice variety is Tango Koshihikari. It got ﾆﾃA which means good quality.
I was brought up on this rice. We grow it in rice paddy fields behind｡｡my house.
