we went to Totanya Thai Restaurant in Umeda.

We ate red curry, pad thai noodles,korean pancake ‘chijimi’, and we got a special dessert-banana spring rolls with vanilla icecream-yummy!

I watched the morning news and my home town’s rice got a very good appraisal from JA (Japan Agricultural Co-operatives).
The name of the rice variety is Tango Koshihikari. It got 特A which means good quality.
I was brought up on this rice. We grow it in rice paddy fields behind　my house.

I bought a climbing boot. It is ULALI GTX made by Dolomite.
Wow it was so expensive. But it was good quality!!

We will go to ポンポン mountain　next sunday.

Actually we often go hiking but we didnt have any climbing boots.

we went to Iwawaki mountain in Southern Osaka last October…
This mountain was so high and we took the wrong track.
It was such a hard walk and after it we decided that we needed climbing boots.

youtubeに動画をあげることがあったので調べました。

まず第一に
.wmvは、他のフォーマットより動画の品質が落ちることがあるらしい。

.wmvの形式以外は、サイズは640×480 で、音声はMP3 オーディオ (64k モノラル) を使用する MPEG4 (DivX、Xvid、SVQ3) に直接エンコードしたらいいらしい。

上げれる動画のサイズは、10分未満　100MB以内（多少超えても許してもらえました）です。

Nuclesにカレンダーを表示する方法

Nuclesのプラグインの一覧からカレンダーを探してくる。
　↓
「NP_Calendar.php」というプラグインを発見。
　↓
まず「備忘日記」さんのとこから、ファイルを落としてきます。
　↓
あとは、インストール

1. 「/nucleus/plugins/」の中に「NP_Calendar.php」をアップロード
2. 「管理画面」から「プラグイン管理」へ行き、「登録リストのアップデート」をする
3. 表示方法をプラグインの編集から設定
4. 後は表示したいとこへ<%Calendar%> を書く

あとは、CSSをいじります。
